Individualized Coaching and Consulting by The Grant Coaches

We offer coaching and consultative coaching in support of grant and funding development for educators. Our practice is based on methods developed by the Dave Ellis Leadership and Coach Training Program: to help our clients achieve clarity in their goals, become efficient and effective in their work, and “move quickly from problems to solutions, from insights to action, from the status quo to completely new outcomes in their lives (Dave Ellis).”

  While the Dave Ellis model addresses all areas of work and life, the Grant Coaches primarily focus on educational program development, needs assessment, funding and resource development, and grant proposal writing. We can assist you in two ways: Coaching and Consultative Coaching.

 Coaching: Clients schedule a series of sessions (usually by phone) over a period of three months or longer. During these sessions, the client establishes a series of goals and the coach designs a process to support achievement of those goals.  

 

Consultative Coaching: Client and coach jointly identify a set of knowledge and skills to be developed. The coach will more actively teach the client and might complete tasks collaboratively as a teaching strategy.

 

Our services are based on an hourly rate and we offer discounted packages to encourage an effective, sustained approach to the coaching process. Clients will typically have two to four sessions per month ranging from 30 minutes to one hour. Click here for additional information on pricing.
